You must understand the basic 2D design element: movement, center of interest, value contrast, volume, size, perspective.... so on and on....
As for paneling.... there is no set way to do it, whether drawing the picture first, or draw the panel's first, or draw the panels and the pictures back and forth.... it's all upto the artist, as long as the result is satisfying to the artist. Just experiement and find the best way that suits you.

| My non-school computer, the one with my stuff on it, is in wait for me to fix it. (I named my blue Toshiba, school computer, Hoshi. I kinda spilled juice on her but she's ok, thank gawd. T_T) Yes, I still feel insecure about my art sometimes, but ever since going to TSOTA (Tacoma School Of The Arts), things for me will never be the same. Being surrounded by confident people who are real friends, including my fellow SPECIAL ED friends (W00t AUTISM AWARENESS), have made me feel even more confident about myself and my goals. (...and really, I'm actually a musicin.  ) Of course, I still LUV CrisisCloud and xgreenxapplexangel (who is actually less scary in real life XD).I am autistic and I have friends, ones who really love me. BEAT THAT EVIL MEAN PEOPLE WHO HAPPEN TO BE NORMAL!! Some normals are nice, I admit, ...but understand the only normal people i've met (artists are not normal, btw) are hurtful, mean, and HATE it when I go out of my way to be inclusive.  YES! I was teased in school, but I learned from it, made a group of misfit special Ed friends and helped others become confident. I go to a performing arts high school and I would not be the great person I think I am without my autism (aspergers). I AM A HAPPY PERSON!  <-(fear the happy)Yet, I have not changed my personality; the fact that everything I create is dark, depressing, and/or downright sadistic, nor have I changed the fact that I am joyful but cry of pain and helplessness. (BTW, I wrote a song...thing the other day, lyrics were of an emo about to commit suicide. I have never been emo or suicidal. Wierd, huh?) Single and proud. Don't need a boy to tell me I'm special, I already know that. ...however, recently there is a guy I have set my sights on. FOR PERSONALITY not for looks. Don't worry. I am the person who loves Winter better than Summer. (Summer VACATION and Summer are 2 different things) I am the person who goes to starbucks before school and orders hot chocolate, never coffee. I am the person who DOESN'T SHOP AT WALMART. I am the person who feels music instead of just plays. I am the person who never swears no matter how many times I hear it. (unless quoting something to a close friend) And I am the person who will track down and slowly tear the vital organs out of whoever messes with my friends.
